One of the methods that you often think of when designing conveyors is to glue the straps positioned at the bottom of the belt like PVC conveyor. It is the most common method, but when the conveyor is long, the large belt sieving force presses on the positioning groove of the roller, it cracks tendons, breaks tendons, breaks guide tendons. In this case, it is often necessary to remove the PVC conveyor belt, glue the ribs, or replace the new wire. PVC conveyor belt life is therefore much lower than the actual life we would be using PVC conveyor.

Reason: a conveyor belt usually only has two two-headed drums to cut the groove. With many long conveyor designs, two drums are not strong enough to resist the belt screen. With this method, each roller supporting the conveyor belt has the effect of locating against the belt screen.
