CHAIN CONVEYOR IN VIETNAM
The principle of a chain conveyor is that the conveyor normally operates with at least 02 driving chains. Those two driving chains are along with 04 sprockets. 02 of them are idle, and the other 02 are driving. It can be more if the gear motor is dragged to under and in middle of the conveyor, not at one of two ends of the conveyor.

All other parts of the belt are just connected to the driving chain, and all together with the driving chain they turn into the belt and lead to the chain conveyor operation.
In order to be easier to replace parts in the future, those conveyor makers such as Viet Phat Conveyor JSC normally utilize those standard driving chain to fabrcate chain conveyor. Most commonly seen standard pitches of the chains are 12.7mm, 15.88mm, 19.2mm, 25.4mm, 31.75mm, 38.1mm and 50.8mm.

The below video is one of chain conveyor that made by Viet Phat Conveyor JSC in its conveyor workshop in Hochiminh City, Vietnam. The chain conveyor in the video is moving very slowly because of its mould heating and drying application. And stainless steel pins are attached to the two driving chains to make the belt of the conveyor.
Some other equipments are just chain conveyor, adding few other additional components and accessorries. The below fruit automatic washer is a big equipment, but actually is a chain conveyor with high-pressure water pump gun to wash and clean the fruits.
