Curved corner conveyor

Curved conveyors have a wide variety of applications, commonly used to change the load guide in a conveyor system. The most common deflection angles are 90 degrees, 180 degrees. Sometimes also changes direction 30 degrees, 45 degrees, but less common. Because of the application of changing the load instructions, this type of conveyor is usually located in the corner of the conveyor system. Since it is located at the corner, and it is the curved conveyor, this conveyor line is also known as the curl conveyor.

Conveyor belt system is designed and manufactured by Viet Phat Conveyor, in which there are two conveyor clusters with curved angle of 90 degrees.

One cluster is a 90 degree curved angle green PVC conveyor.

One assembly is a 90 degree curvature angle drive roller conveyor.

Assembled and commissioned at Kuc Nghia factory. The video shows both the assembly stage and the product transmission test stage.

Curved corner conveyors have several lines of conveyors using different materials of conveyor belts: PVC curved corner conveyors, PU curved angle conveyors, roller curved angle belts … Stainless steel frame design 201, stainless steel 304 , steel. Curved roller conveyor can be free roller conveyor or drive roller conveyor, with reducer motor attached and control cabinet, inverter can be mounted for stepless speed control.
