FLEXIBLE PLASTIC CHAINS

In the previous articles, Viet Phat Conveyor JSC have shared with you in detail the technical specifications and application advantages of the flexible plastic chains. It is to compare with the flat top chain 880 series.

Please be noted that the standard width of flexible plastic chains is different from the usual standard width of the 880 series plastic flat top chain.

The flexible plastic chains has the following standard widths: 44mm, 63mm, 83mm, 103mm (most used), 140mm, 175mm, 295mm.

You see below reference some pictures of conveyor belt system using flexible plastic chains. It is designed and manufactured by Viet Phat Conveyor JSC.

In the picture, is a design conveyor frame stainless steel 304. The frame of this conveyor line is rarely made of steel, because it is often used in the food environment.

Sometimes, the conveyor frame is used by an aluminum frame.

Theflexible plastic chains can go side flexing with: 30 degrees, 45 degrees, 60 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees.

Sometimes, depending on customers’ advanced requirements, Viet Phat Conveyor belts can import almost whole conveyor belts from foreign manufacturers (China, India, Europe, America), and assemble in Viet Nam.

The complete imported conveyor belt usually includes at least the following main components: flexible plastic chains, idle roller, driving roller, curve frame, aluminum frame, guide rail.

In terms of components, the correct type of flexible plastic chains should be imported.
