PERFORATED STAINLESS STEEL CARBON STEEL PLATE
In designing and manufacturing conveyors, we often have to use perforated stainless steel plate or carbon plate perforated.
It is usually used in the outer applications. Such as maintenance corridor, feeder staircases, or the covers for equipments that require aire ventilation.
Perforated stainless steel plate or carbon plate depends on applications. Material to be used is carbon steel, stainless stell 201 or stainless steel 304.
The specification of a roll size is standard W1000 * L20000 mm for a roll.
The specification of a plate size is usually W1000 * L2000 mm or W1500 * L2500 mm.
When you place an order of perforated stainless steel plate or carbon steel plate with your special specifications, the belt and conveyor manufacturer such as Viet Phat normally compute the price based on the standard size of the plate.
The thickness of plate are with below commom specifications: 0.26mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm and 8mm.
The hole diameter is normally prefirated with the following hole diameters: 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm.
In addition to the applications in the designing and fabricating conveyors, the perforated stainless steel plate or carbon steel plate can be used in many other applications. Such as:
- Ceiling or wall ventilation;
- Stainless steel furniture;
- Cover of machinery equipments.
